Job Description:

Currently seeking  C++/C# Programmers with 1 to 5 years of general softwared
esigning/programming and application development experience in a client/serv
er environment. Will interact with a variety of technical and non-technical
associates and clients, which will require strong organizational, communicat
ion, and follow-up skills.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills/Experience:

3 to 5 years of general designing/programming and application development in
a client/server environment.

Computer Science degree(Bachelor or higher) or equivalent experience. Previo
us C/C++ programming experience in a distributed operating system environmen
t.

Java experts are also considered for this position.

Experience with GUI development technologies such as MFC / .NET/C++ experien
ce using Visual Studio .NET 2003 or later.

Relational data base experience utilizing standard SQL, preferably Oracle.

Experience with logical and physical multi-tier architectures.

Proven understanding of the system development life cycle and development me
thodologies.

Strong analytical and problem solving background.

Able to interact with a variety of technical and non-technical associates an
d clients. Good organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

A good command of English language in listening, speaking, reading and techn
ical writing.

Willing and be able to travel both inside and outside China.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience with CORBA programming with C++/JAVA

Experience with Clear Case/Visual SourceSafe, Rational Rose and UML.

Experience with IT skills suck as system networking, operating system instal
lation / configuration, etc.

Experience with TCP/IP protocol, familiar with socket programming mechanism.


Database administration experience with Oracle is a great plus.
